What are we going to do?
In this article, we'll show you how to split a customer's accounts by product. By reading this article you will immediately know how to divide one joint account into two different vouchers.
Explanation
In this example, we are going to split an account of a latte Macchiato and a rocket. We do this by making a separate voucher for one of the 2 products.
Press the three dots to go to the menu, then click Combine vouchers.
Next, click on the product you want to move to a new voucher, in this case Latte Macchiato.
Then the Latte Macchiato slides to the left, this is the new voucher. This voucher is still on the same table. When all products are on the right voucher, click save in the top right corner, the vouchers are now split.
The voucher with products you have split is now open.
Do you want to see both vouchers now? Then click on the 3 dots at the top right and click on view vouchers:
