Order overview in the iPad
What are we going to do?
In this article we will show you where to find an overview of outstanding and closed orders/accounts in the app. Via here you can reopen accounts, mail the voucher from a closed account and credit orders.
Where to find your order overview
- Go to the Spont ipad app
- Press the blue button at the bottom left of the screen to navigate to settings
- Here it says "Orders".
Perform actions from order overview
Click on an order to see the details. If you scroll down you will see three options; Credit, Reopen order and Email. Press credit if you want to undo the order and remove it from the accounting. Press reopened order if you want to make the order active again and thus cancel the payment, after which the table is open again. Press Email if you want to mail a voucher to the customer after already
