Online/QR order refund online

What are we going to do?

Has someone placed an order via a QR code or web orders that needs to be fully refunded? Then this article is useful for you.
Two things need to be done:
  1. The money must be returned to the customer's account
  2. A credit order must be made so that that order is no longer included in the turnover.

Refund the money back

  1. In the iPad app, go to weborder or QR orders.
  2. Press the order to be refunded.
  3. Pressdecline & refund.
  4. If necessary, adjust the default text that is sent to the customer.
  5. A credit order is now also automatically made.
