What are we going to do?
Do you want to use spontaneously in Belgium and do you need a "white cash register"? Then this article is useful for you, because we explain in this article how to use the FDM (Tax data module) ofhttp://www.zwartedoos.beYou can connect to your cash register.This module and our link (if approved) is certified by the FPS Finance so that it meets all the conditions of a white cash register.
When can you use this
After purchasing an FDM and adjusting your subscription, it is possible to upgrade your normal Spont checkout to a white checkout. This is possible for any company living in Belgium with a paid Spont subscription. However, it is not possible to disconnect it afterwards as this is not allowed.What do I need:
- An FDM module (you can order this via Spont)- A Spont POS server (Linux server with our software). It can also be used as a Print server, and should be placed in the restaurant on the same network all the Spont Checkout Terminals.
- A VAT Signing cart
How to connect an FDM module
Spont will arrange the entire installation for you.
Which systems fall under the white cash register
Spont has several terminals:- iPad
- Handhelds
- Kiosk
- Weborders
- QR codes
- Backend (for sending Invoices).
These can only complete transactions when they are validated by the FDM module. For this reason, you can continue to use any platform (terminal).
Features that are not allowed (such as making an order by staff without an INSZ number) are blocked by us.
How to configure the software after installing the hardware:
The sent Spont POS server is configured by us to the following data:| Key | Value | Description |

Then you can / we can configure the following in your backend:
Install the Blackbox app in your Spont Dashboard via:https://mijn.spont.cash/apps/settings/blackbox
Give the IPE.g. 192.168.123.1What we set up on the server
Give the gateE.g. 8859What we set up on the server
Enter the Series number of the POSE.g. B999000ABC1235This is listed on the server we send.
Then pressOpen Blackbox ConsoleHere you configure the other data such as users and company data according to the manual of the Zwaredoos. (TODO: Add link to manual)​
