What are we going to do?
In this article we will show you how to easily connect your sumup reader to the Spont POS system yourself.
Linking sumup reader in the backend
- Go to settings via the black bar
- Then go to hardware
- Press the button to add a Sumup to your hardware
Linking sumup reader to the iPad
You can take the SLinking umup to one iPad, turn on the payment option "Sumup" for this iPad.
To do this, go back to hardware and scroll to "active devices".
Choose the iPad to be linked and click Sumup as an active payment method.
The Sumup will have to go through some steps on the iPad at the first payment to link.
On the Sumup Reader
The Sumup reader can be paired via Bluetooth.
